What you’ll do:
→ Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts
→ Assist in designing and executing outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls
→ Manage and update lead pipeline while maintaining CRM accuracy
→ Participate in prospecting activities such as list building and initial outreach
→ Qualify leads using structured frameworks and escalate to senior team members
→ Support scheduling of calls/meetings and preparing sales presentations
→ Help nurture client relationships with timely follow-ups and clear communication
→ Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to tailor outreach materials
→ Stay up to date on company portfolio, market trends, and sales best practices
What’s required:
→ 5-9 years of experience in IT services focused on B2B outbound sales & lead generation (must-have)
→ Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing (must-have)
→ Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides (must-have)
→ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
→ Comfortable prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and calls
→ Familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho
→ Ability to learn and leverage AI tools in business development
→ Positive, approachable, and eager to learn; takes direction well
→ Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing (MBA is a plus)
