What you’ll do:
→ Conduct market research and identify global prospects
→ Generate leads using AI-driven tools and buying intent signals
→ Design and execute outbound sales strategies across industries (startups, SMEs, enterprises)
→ Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
→ Build and nurture long-term client relationships
→ Act as a trusted advisor, tailoring pitches and solutions with marketing and tech teams
→ Educate clients on AI-enabled design & development services
→ Use AI-driven insights to improve outbound campaigns and conversions
→ Build and lead an outbound sales team as the function scales
→ Understand government/enterprise procurement cycles and respond to RFIs/RFPs
→ Maintain accurate CRM records and reports
→ Attend industry events and expand company presence
What’s required:
→ 8+ years of outbound sales experience in IT services (must-have)
→ Proven track record in driving sales from planning to close (must-have)
→ Hands-on with AI tools, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, and CRM systems (must-have)
→ Strong consultative selling skills with executive/C-level stakeholders
→ International market experience (US, Middle East, Europe)
→ Prior travel experience to the US (comfortable driving in the US)
→ Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills
→ MBA from a reputed institution (nice to have)
→ Go-getter attitude with strong relationship-building skills
