About the Company:

What you'll do:

→ Drive retention and repeat rates via email, SMS, and WhatsApp
→ Build customer journeys and personalized drip flows
→ Segment users based on behaviour and frequency
→ A/B test messaging and timing for conversions

What's required:

→ 3+ years in CRM or retention marketing
→ Hands-on with tools like MoEngage, Clevertap, or Braze
→ Data-driven mindset
