What you’ll do:
→ Conceptualize, design, and execute 360° full-funnel campaigns across digital (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and offline channels
→ Build a deep understanding of target customer profiles, their concerns, drivers, and decision-making process
→ Define, refine, and establish brand positioning leveraging digital and physical channels
→ Collaborate with content teams to distribute high-quality content and collateral at scale
→ Develop strategic relationships with industry bodies and media channels to expand reach
→ Create and manage an offline marketing and events calendar, including industry events, sponsorships, and panels
→ Drive lead generation through performance marketing and inside sales strategies
→ Develop customized marketing campaigns for both digital and offline channels
→ Implement a data-driven approach to test, prioritize, and evaluate conversions across the customer journey
→ Analyze and report data across all touchpoints to monitor revenue performance and uncover improvements
What’s required:
→ Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing across digital and offline channels
→ Proven ability to generate measurable impact on bottom-of-funnel metrics (leads, conversions)
→ Strong track record in performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (mandatory)
→ Experience in subscription-based or app-driven environments is a plus
→ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
→ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
→ Ability to multitask in a numbers-driven, high-pressure environment
→ High level of ownership, discipline, and adaptability to work in a startup setting
