About the Company:
This is a fast-growing travel brand with a global focus. They're on a mission to attract inbound travelers from the US, Australia, and Europe - and are doubling down on paid media to make it happen.

What you’ll do:
→ Lead strategy and execution for Google Ads across Search, Display, Shopping & Video
→ Own keyword research, ad copy, landing page testing, and campaign optimization
→ Work closely with design, content, and analytics teams to align messaging
→ Monitor budgets, track key metrics, and continuously improve ROI
→ Regularly update stakeholders with insights, learnings, and recommendations
→ Generate high-quality inbound leads for international travel from developed markets

What’s required:
→ 8-10 years of experience in Google Ads & SEM roles
→ Proven success managing large-scale paid campaigns and hitting performance goals
→ Deep understanding of keyword targeting, bidding, and conversion optimization
→ Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and A/B testing
→ Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
→ Prior experience in the travel industry is a big plus
→ Google Ads certification is a bonus
